Gather your favorite wine lovers and kick off the holiday season with an extraordinary evening at Johnny Delmonico’s.
The Icons of Napa Valley Wine Dinner brings together five courses and seven exceptional wines from some of Napa Valley’s most celebrated producers, including Schramsberg, Chateau Montelena, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Grgich Hills and Chappellet.
The evening’s standout pours include the 98-point 2023 Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon and 98-point 2022 Chappellet Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside a rare opportunity to taste three vintages of Grgich Hills Cabernet Sauvignon, 2012, 2013 and 2014, side by side.
The five-course menu features Florida stone crab, pan-seared sea scallop, chicken mushroom ballotine, prime filet mignon and smoked Wagyu short rib, each thoughtfully paired with the evening’s wines.
And because the evening shouldn’t end with the final pour, guests will leave with Valrhona Billionaires Bacon Bark to enjoy at home.
